Here’s the third in our series of energy videos. The exercises take a minute to do and boost not only body energy but brain energy as well. Try them out. The video quality may not be great as I had to reduce them so much to load quickly but the exercise quality is unbeatable for giving you that extra zing.

Do they work? Well they’ve been working for me. My sciatica has gone. I no longer need to sit on my energy ball to feel comfortable. I’ve been catching up with and adding to my workload without increasing the panic and stress.
Just do what works for you–a minute or two break in every hour gets you away from the computer screen. Use the kitchen counter for balance instead of a chair and do half a dozen repetitions while waiting for the water to heat or while answering the phone. Easy.

So excited because today I’m aiming to put the finishing touches to my newsletter optin– the Energized Writer’s Tips Toolkit booklet. What has taken the time is not the writing so much as trying out various ways of creating and adding a suitable cover.
Yes, it could have been done far quicker and far more cost effectively in terms of time and mph earned–money per hour rather than miles per hour traveled hehe–but I’m a sucker for doing everything myself to see how to do it and how difficult it is. Next time I shall try Fiverr–another learning curve no doubt.
Back later once I’ve finished but before I go, please check out the video exercise in Keep Fit 2. Not too time -consuming. Not too arduous. Just do the exercises for a week and let me know if they’re beginning to work for boosting your energy.
As promised, the second in our set of desk-based energy boosting keep fit exercises. I’ve already done my repetitions twice today–after all the video takes just over a minute to watch and follow. Easy to do while waiting for the computer to fire up, the kettle to boil or even when thinking out ideas.
Anyway off to kick more butt–rofl. And come to think of it, rolling on the floor laughing is a pretty good energy boosting exercise as well 🙂
Remember to use your seated ankle rolls, too.
