As promised, the second in our set of desk-based energy boosting keep fit exercises. I’ve already done my repetitions twice today–after all the video takes just over a minute to watch and follow. Easy to do while waiting for the computer to fire up, the kettle to boil or even when thinking out ideas.
Anyway off to kick more butt–rofl. And come to think of it, rolling on the floor laughing is a pretty good energy boosting exercise as well 🙂
Remember to use your seated ankle rolls, too.
